Jones Lang LaSalle offers the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site to you on condition that you accept this Agreement without modification. Your use of the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement contains disclaimers of warranties and liability, and an exclusive remedy. These provisions form an essential basis of our agreement with you.

2. HOW JONES LANG LASALLE MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION: EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
In no event will Jones Lang LaSalle be liable for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on, or resulting from this Agreement or your use of the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site, even if Jones Lang LaSalle has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The exclusion of damages under this section is independent of your exclusive remedy and survives in the event such remedy fails of its essential purpose or is otherwise deemed unenforceable. These limitations and exclusions apply without regard to whether the damages arise from (1) breach of contract, (2) breach of warranty (3) negligence, or (4) any other cause of action, to the extent such exclusion and limitations are not prohibited by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site, you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, or you have any other dispute or claim with or against Jones Lang LaSalle with respect to this Agreement or the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site.

8. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE; ADDITIONAL LIABILITY LIMITATION
Jones Lang LaSalle may change the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site or delete features in any way, at any time and for any reason. As you use the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site, you should expect to receive, access or use information, materials, graphics, software, data and content (collectively “Content”) originated by Jones Lang LaSalle and persons other than Jones Lang LaSalle (any such person is referred to as a “Third Party”). Without limiting the generality of sections 6 and 7, you acknowledge and agree that Jones Lang LaSalle is not responsible or liable for (1) any content, including without limitation, any infringing, inaccurate, obscene, threatening, offensive, defamatory, tortuous, or illegal content, or (2) any Third Party conduct, transmissions or data. In addition , without limiting the generality of sections 6 and 7, you acknowledge that Jones Lang LaSalle is not responsible for any viruses or other disabling features that affect your access to or use of the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site, (3) any incompatibility between the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site and other web sites, services, software and hardware, (4) any delays or failures you may experience in connection with the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site in an accurate or timely manner, or (5) any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of any services available from third parties through links contained on the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site. The limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in sections 6,7 and 8 of this Agreement apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and are not intended to deprive you of any mandatory protections provided to you under applicable law.

9. COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARKS
Unless otherwise noted, the graphic images, buttons and text contained in the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site are the exclusive property of Jones Lang LaSalle. Except for personal use, these items may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without prior written permission of Jones Lang LaSalle. The Jones Lang LaSalle Web site also features logos, brand identities and other trademarks and service marks (collectively, the “Marks”) that are the property of, or are licenced to Jones Lang LaSalle. 10. JURISDICTION
Jones Lang LaSalle maintains and operates this web site from its offices in Singapore . This agreement is governed and interpreted according to the laws of Singapore . By using the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Singapore for any action arising from this Agreement. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Jones Lang LaSalle Web site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed severable and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Such a term will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Jones Lang LaSalle's failure to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Jones Lang LaSalle's rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches.
